By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Power Text application ("App"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Power Text Advertise LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to messaging, including but not limited to anti-spam, consent, and telecom regulations. Power Text is not responsible for misuse of the platform.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the App are owned by Power Text Advertise LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or misuse the services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Power Text Advertise LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
